The date is set in stone for November 1, 2014 at the Bryan Recreational Athletic Complex in Bryan, TX.
I'd really like to thank everyone for the emails, messages, text messages, posts, etc., for reaching out to me for donations to do in a raffle. I can guarantee you that we are going to have some really great things to raffle off. Even if you don't play softball at least come out and support. There will be some really great food and (obviously) things worth purchasing.
The tournament is 6 months away which does seem like a while yet it will be here before I know it.
I'd really like to thank a friend Vicky Recek for giving me my first donation for the raffle yesterday.
I feel like things are already coming along getting things together.
We are in the process of working on a formal letter for companies to look over upon discussing donation items. The letter will consist of our tax id, the name of the account and the bank that donations can be made to.
If you or someone you know would be interested in a donation and would need this letter for your tax purposes please let me know so I can get one emailed to you.
Again, I can't thank everyone enough for all of their support during this time!!!
